Why now?
We all know the feeling. You care deeply about big issues like climate change or inequality, and you want to do something, but it's hard to know where to start. That feeling of being stuck of knowing what you want to change but not how to do it; is what we call the "intention-action gap."
What is it?
At Die Bäckerei Kulturbackstube, we've created the Transformation Platform to close that gap. We're building a new kind of infrastructure, a cultural one that helps people move from feeling overwhelmed to taking meaningful action. We believe real, lasting change isn't just about new laws or technology; it's also about shifting how we think and act together, it's about our ability to transform.

Here’s the thing: you can’t have systemic change without personal and societal change. New policies are great, but they won't work unless people are ready and able to engage with them.
