Dialogue Formats for Democratic Culture

Transformation brings tension between perspectives and we host it.
Our format Transformationsstreit brings opposing viewpoints into structured public dialogue, inspired by the Oxford Union model. Through artistic interventions and audience participation, debate becomes a collective learning experience about democracy.

Our role in Transformation

As a cultural centre our role in transforming socio-ecological systems (like sustainable power, food production and democracy) is to be a home for a "transformation culture" to live. Because deep change requires a shift in values, beliefs, practices and imagination; that's a cultural shift towards a just and sustainable way of living.
